      Public Access

      -------------

      By default |RCM| allows users to read all **public** |repos|. User

      permissions and |repo| access can be configured explicitly,

      and those permissions will override any default settings. The default

      settings can be found under the following section:

      * :menuselection:`Admin --> Permissions --> Global`
