meta-tags: fixes , metatags are not taken into account when truncating output....

meta-tags: fixes , metatags are not taken into account when truncating output. - also makes the personal repo groups show special tag disregarding if metatags are on or off - truncate via CSS instead of hardcoded 60 chars
