processes: better handling of PID that are not part of RhodeCode processes. - in some cases for multiple gunicorn instances the PID sent is not from rhodecode which would lead to AccessDenied errors. We prevent from crashing the server on this type of errors.

Hipchat integration

In order to set a Hipchat integration up, it is necessary to obtain the Hipchat service url by:

Log into Hipchat (https://your-hipchat.hipchat.com/)
Go to Integrations -> Build your own
Select a room to post notifications to and save it

Hipchat will create a URL for you to use in your integration as outlined in :ref:`creating-integrations`.
