nix: Move shell hook: default.nix -> shell.nix and set custom prompt. When using multiple dev envs with nix-shell it's good to have a unique shell propt to distinguish them.

Online Editing

|RCM| has an integrated online editor, allowing you to edit files in the browser. The online editor has syntax highlighting and the ability to fork, merge, and commit changes to files.
