testing: cleanup request/config stubs - register pyramid_mako for config - organize code remove duplication routes registration

core: dropped deprecated PartialRenderer that depends on pylons.

apps: switch import of ADMIN_PREFIX from routing into base app. - routing is deprecated and will be soon removed

views: load template context for XHR views. - We use partial renderer and this requires the call_context to be initialized. - Helps the Pyramid porting to be finished

routing: deprecate url_replace function in exchange of current_route_path which we now use in pyramid

routing: don't use pylons url() in base to generate clone url. This is not required as we use a html link already.

release: merge back stable branch into default

processes: show age of processes.

channelstream: use proper pyramid event to create storage on app creation.
