svn: allow to specify any svn compatible version string not only hardcoded values. - fixes - new SVN code allows to specify this by numberic values now. e.g 1.13 etc.

vcsserver

Contains the package vcsserver.

It provides a server to allow remote access to various version control backend system.

Intention is that this package can be run independent of RhodeCode Enterprise or any other non-open packages.
