Migrated demandimport and logging support to meu. Functionally: keyring logging now disables properly also on py2.6 (previously it kept warning about nonworking logging)

Prefix lookup attempts to handle both version with user and without it (to accomodate both configuration with http://someone@server.com and http://server.com)

In case username (and maybe password) is present in url, they are removed from it before prefix matching. This resolves unclear situation with respect to .prefix-es. Currently (as far as mercurial_keyring is considered), prefixes (in .hgrc) should always be defined without username (albeit I am considering handling both)

Further work on username in url

Partial bugfix for ignoring usernames specified in url (not yet finished). Normalized debug/status texts to start with 'keyring: ' (part started so, part from 'mercurial_keyring: ')
