tests: Add a ``db`` fixture that initializes the database. This is quite useful if tests only need the database and not the whole app. Then only this fixture is needed instead of the full blown pylonsapp/app fixtures.

  • Fixed issue with forking.
  • Fixed redirection to previous location which was lost via container auth login.
  • API: removed urllib.unquote_plus on raw body. This caused a bug with '+' chars beeing stripped out of sent JSON BODY.
