Changing version for release.

Change version to 0.9 (removed rc1).

Updating all documentation for the 0.9 release.

Updated the multiengine and task interface documentation. The multiengine interface documentation is in very good condition. The task interface documentation is in OK condition. The main problem is that the task documentation had fallen very out of date. Rather than trying to update all of it, I moved the old task documentation to a file (docs/source/parallel/parallel_task_old.txt) and started a new shorter task documentation that is fully up to date. This should get user's started with the new stuff. But, we do need to write more complete task interface docs.

Updating the Sphinx docs in preparation for the release. I am going through the docs to make sure that i) there are no problems with the generation of the the Sphinx docs and ii) that our docs are an accurate reflection of the current state of the code. As of this commit, I have made a first pass at everything *except*: * Everything in the docs/source/interactive dir. This corresponds to most of the old IPython docs about the ipython shell. * The sections on the multiengine and task interfaces. Of course, this is just a first pass and we likely have lots more to do, but at least, our documentation exists and is no longer misleading or wrong.

Changes the docs author to the IPython dev team and fixed a few links.

Merging upstream work, and fixing installation docs. The install docs have been fully updated and now reflect the current code state.

Removed win32_manual_post_install.py. This script was very outdated and no one was really maintaining it.

Increase the default size under MacOSX.

Merging Gael's branch into trunk. Numerous fixes and improvements to the new wx GUI. Many of these bugs fix problems on Windows (Vista). The full IPython test suite now passes and ipythonx runs on the major platforms. Also fixed a small bug in setupegg.py.

Fix vista bug: subprocess execution not working if not started from cmd.exe.
