explicitly load python mode before IPython mode...
explicitly load python mode before IPython mode ensures IPython mode gets defined at startup, which can sometimes fail because the Python mode was loaded dynamically. closes #3636

Prints a colorized version of the input file (or standard input if no file is
given, or the file name \- is given) to standard out.

Give the color scheme to use. Currently only Linux (default), LightBG, and
