Tweak tests for PyPy and add CI runner * `autoreload` tests are skipped on PyPy because `gc.get_referrers` is unusably slow here * `doctest_refs` does not seem to test anything and was removed * pexpect timeouts were adjusted because subprocess communication is 3-4 times slower on PyPy * few other tweaks

Don't start a multiline cell with sunken parenthesis

From now on IPython will not ask for the next line of input when given a single line with more closing than opening brackets. For example, this means that if you (mis)type ']]' instead of '[]', a SyntaxError will show up, instead of the ...: prompt continuation.
