use ø instead of å in test_completerlib
å roundtrips strangely on some filesystems (OSX 10.7.2 case-sensitive HFS+ tested):
u'å'.encode('utf-8') == `\xc3\xa5`, but reads from the filesystem as `\xcc\x8a`.
Both values correspond to å in utf-8, but are not considered equivalent in the string comparison.
