Merge branch 'paykroyd-complete-bug'...

Merge branch 'paykroyd-complete-bug' A number of fixes and improvements to emacs support. There are still some issues left, completion isn't always working and file-tracking in pdb only works if coloring is turned off. But it's already much improved from before.
