Merge pull request from minrk/ffisbroken use `window.onbeforeunload=` for nav-away warning Firefox 22 broke `$(window).on("beforeunload")` somehow, for some reason, resulting in always showing a dialog, regardless of the function's return value. closes The only fix I could find was resorting to the basic low-level API.

git hooks for IPython

add these to your .git/hooks

For now, we just have post-checkout and post-merge,
both of which just update submodules,
so make sure that you have a fully synced repo whenever you checkout or pull.

To use these hooks, you can symlink or copy them to your .git/hooks directory.
