load mathjax from CDN via https...

load mathjax from CDN via https Amazon CloudFront (MathJax's CDN) supports HTTPS, but their SSL certificate only applies to *.cloudfront.net urls. This retrieves the cloudfront host at runtime, and loads MathJax from there via HTTPS.
