BUG: Explicitly close Tee in AssertPrints and AssertNotPrints...

BUG: Explicitly close Tee in AssertPrints and AssertNotPrints Fixes a test failure caused by the Tee object being lazily closed only when an AssertPrints/AssertNotPrints object is garbage collected.
