Add tooltips to the notebook via 'title' attr....

Add tooltips to the notebook via 'title' attr. All buttons, show/hide clickable areas, etc. should have some tooltip describing what they do. There are jQuery plugins for enhanced tooltips, but this gets the lightest version working. closes
