Backport PR #8102: TEST: Add test for renaming files with checkpoint. The checkpoint name should follow the file rename. This catches a bug that I had in pgcontents where I was failing to properly rename checkpoints when files were renamed. cf. https://github.com/ipython/ipython/issues/8101
