- Merge changes from 0.8.1 branch that hadn't made it to trunk from the past...

- Merge changes from 0.8.1 branch that hadn't made it to trunk from the past few days. - In particular, add Gael's nice physical constants module. - Apply fix for igrid help files in setup, and other minor setup cleanups. - Update release numbers for 0.8.2 development.
