Removed some tabs and added a new way of skipping tests that have
missing dependencies.
Previously, we were skipping tests in a hackish way if something
was missing (like Twisted). Now we do the following::
try:
import twisted
except ImportError:
import nose
raise nose.SkipTest("Twisted is required for this test")
This method should be used for all IPython tests that have
dependencies.
