Added a log retrieval interface to Cluster.

Most of the new ipcluster is now working, including a nice client.

Removing old config directories that used the old config system.

Adding files for the refactored kernel scripts.

Lots more work on the kernel scripts.

Semi-working refactored ipcluster. This version uses the NotificationCenter, which I am not sure I like. But, it is important to see how all of this works.

ipcontroller/ipengine use the new clusterdir.py module.

Minor revisions to ipengine_config.py

The ipengine script has been refactored to use the new config system. It is also now a formal Application: IPython.kernel.ipengineapp
