SList.sort() - remove an accidental debug print

sort() returns SList (obviously), %cpaste foo assigns the pasted block to foo as string list

Fixed bug in ipengine.py when mpi was enabled that was causing the engine to crash at start. Updated the Release.py to have cleaner logic.
