Small fix to pylab imports

Remove debug print statements accidentally left over

Try to get igrid to run with -wthread. This at least delays the problem until one of multiple igrid browsers is closed.

- Added patches for better pydb and Emacs support. - Windows installation instructions updated in the docs.
