| e.g. if you create a blacklist/example file containing: | ||||

| # some comment | ||||
| test-help | ||||
| then calling "run-tests.py --blacklist blacklists/example" will exclude | ||||
| test-hgrc and test-help from the list of tests to run. | ||||
