At the construction, this class does:
- write current ``repo.dirstate`` out, and
- save ``.hg/dirstate`` into the backup file
This restores ``.hg/dirstate`` from backup file, if ``release()``
is invoked before ``close()``.
This just removes the backup file at ``close()`` before ``release()``.
