merge: replace magic strings with NAMED_CONSTANTS (API) .. api:: `mercurial.hg.update*` and `mercurial.merge.update` now expect a value from a set of NAMED_CONSTANTS (`merge.UPDATECHECK_*` constants) rather than a collection of magic strings.
