py3: use pycompat.getcwd() instead of os.getcwd()...
py3: use pycompat.getcwd() instead of os.getcwd() We have pycompat.getcwd() which returns bytes path on Python 3. This patch changes most of the occurences of the os.getcwd() with pycompat one.
