vfs: replace 'scmutil.opener' usage with 'scmutil.vfs'...

vfs: replace 'scmutil.opener' usage with 'scmutil.vfs' The 'vfs' class is the first class citizen for years. We remove all usages of the older API. This will let us remove the old API eventually.
