tests: mark tests that fail when using chg as #require no-chg...

tests: mark tests that fail when using chg as #require no-chg As far as I can tell, most of these failures are due to using $HGPORT, which it seems chg might be using itself?       Try some commands:

      Check the basic files created:

        $ ls .hg

        store

      Should be empty:

        $ ls .hg/store

      Poke at a clone:

        $ cd ..

        $ hg clone a b

        0 files updated, 0 files merged, 0 files removed, 0 files unresolved

        $ cd b

        $ hg verify
