ci: Add a job testing with rhg installed as `hg` This significantly increases test coverage of rhg, without duplicating many tests that already exist. The `cargo build` command being remove only compiled a `rhg` executable (as shown by the preceding `cd` command) but since a previous patch `run-tests.py --rhg` now takes care of that. Mercurial

Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool for software developers.

Basic install:

$ make            # see install targets
$ make install    # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

$ make local      # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
