commitctx: document _filecommit input and output This is the beginning of a larger refactoring/cleanup of the commitctx code to clarify and augment the logic gathering metadata useful for copy tracing. 				a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

				Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
