largefiles: remove pre-1.7 compatibility code Mercurial 1.7 added the --subrepos flag to status and archive and the largefiles code was still compatible with the old method signatures.

				a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

				It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
				UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

				Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
