patch: include newline at EOF in help text for interactive patch The lack of a newline means that some "editors" that are useful in tests, such as `echo "+new line" >> "$1"` don't work. a simple plain text format that's easy to read and edit:

It's also convertible to a variety of other formats including standard
UNIX man page format and HTML. You'll need to install Docutils:

Use the Makefile in this directory to generate the man and HTML pages.
