dirstate: Pass the final DirstateItem to _rustmap.addfile()...

dirstate: Pass the final DirstateItem to _rustmap.addfile() Now that the Python DirstateItem class wraps a Rust DirstateEntry value, use that value directly instead of converting through v1 data + 5 booleans.
