discovery: explicitly use `undecided` for the children mapping Recent performance achievements makes the assumption that the `undecided` set is used for sampling. That assumption is always true in practice. We stop pretending that taking anything else would make sense and we directly use the `undecided` set from the object. This provides a more honest API.

Commands

The following commands are still available but their use are not recommended:

This command has been replaced by `hg files`.

This command can be replaced by `hg summary` or `hg log` with appropriate
revsets. See `hg help revsets` for more information.

The recommended alternative is `hg heads`.
Options
=======
``web.allowpull``
Renamed to `allow-pull`.
``web.allow_push``
Renamed to `allow-push`.
