help: adding a topic on flags This is a short topic to explain how command-line flags can be specified. Some users have been confused by hg offerring different flag syntax than some other libraries, so it'd be nice to point them to this rather than explaining it every time.       Testing head checking code: Case B-1

      Mercurial checks for the introduction of new heads on push. Evolution comes

      into play to detect if existing branches on the server are being replaced by

      some of the new one we push.

      This case is part of a series of tests checking this behavior.
