Group changes done by the same developer on the same with --style=changelog...

Group changes done by the same developer on the same with --style=changelog Changeset and tags are appended to the change message for non-quiet and non-verbose output, so grouping works. Fixes last bit of issue110.

				install macpython from http://undefined.org/python/

				install py2app from http://pythonmac.org/packages/

				make sure /usr/local/bin is in your path

				run bdist_mpkg in top-level hg directory

				find packaged stuff in dist directory
