Adjust %matplotlib docstring re: matplotlib_inline.

set_matplotlib_formats and set_matplotlib_close have been deprecated in
IPython.display and moved out to matplotlib_inline.backend_inline;
adjust the docstring of the %matplotlib magic accordingly.
