Moved unused prefilter tests into deathrow.
These tests were simply too hackish to try to load into our current
test suite.
This commit completes the cleanup of unused tests. The majority
were updated and moved to our proper test suite, except for those that
were using deprecated apis or too hackish (manipulating too much
global state) to reuse.
