rust-nodemap: abstracting the indexing In the forthcoming mutable implementation, we'll have to visit node trees that are more complex than a single slice, although the algorithm will still be expressed in simple indexing terms. We still refrain using `#[inline]` indications as being premature optimizations, but we strongly hope the compiler will indeed inline most of the glue. $ make # see install targets
$ make install    # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

$ make local # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version # should show the latest version

See https://mercurial-scm.org/ for detailed installation instructions, platform-specific notes, and Mercurial user information.
