contrib: open a hole in the open().read() ban for open().close() It turns out open().close() is both fine and something we occasionally do to verify something can be written. The few cases in the codebase were getting missed due to a regular expression bug (which I discussed in my previous change), but since I'm about to fix the bug, I need to fix the patterns. Basic install:

$ make            # see install targets
$ make install    # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

$ make local      # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
