infinitepush: add tests for `hg pull -r <rev>` This patch adds test for `hg pull -r <rev>` when the infinitepush extension is not present on the client side and the server by defaults pushes all the incoming push to bundlestore. As the tests show, if a the changeset was applied to the server, that can be pulled, but if a changeset is in the bundlestore we cannot pull that yet. We should support that. Mercurial is a fast, easy to use, distributed revision control tool for software developers.

Basic install:

$ make            # see install targets
$ make install    # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

$ make local      # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
