branchmap: implement __contains__()...

branchmap: implement __contains__() We have good occurences of `if branch in branchmap()` in our code. If __contains__() is not implemented then it will use __iter__() to find whether the element exists or not which is not good. Basic install:

$ make            # see install targets
$ make install    # do a system-wide install
$ hg debuginstall # sanity-check setup
$ hg              # see help

Running without installing:

$ make local      # build for inplace usage
$ ./hg --version  # should show the latest version
